## Overview

Recognizing the need for ARTCOM, a team of specialists in IT training, language instruction, and EU-funded projects, to efficiently manage their dynamic content, I developed a custom Content Management System (CMS) to seamlessly integrate with the revamped front-end. I leveraged Payload CMS to build a user-friendly system with a drag-and-drop interface and intuitive workflows, significantly improving content workflow efficiency, reducing content management time, and empowering non-technical team members to independently manage website content. A live demo of the CMS is available for exploration, showcasing its functionality and user-friendliness (simply click on a screenshot and log in with prefilled demo user credentials).
